ORDERS

  1. Once your order and payment confirmation have been received, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. For specific details per product, refer to Shipping below.
  2. You will receive an email confirming the completion and despatch date.
  3. Our team will notify you via email as soon as your order has been dropped off at the PUDO drop-off locker.
  4. We will include a tracking number in the email so that you are able to track your order via the PUDO/The Courier Guy websites.
  5. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

 

SHIPPING

  1. Clothing Items – 2-4 working days processing time to the drop-off PUDO locker. From there the parcel can be tracked via PUDO/The Courier Guy websites
  2. Shofars – 1-2 working days processing time to the drop-off PUDO locker. From there the parcel can be tracked via PUDO/The Courier Guy websites
  3. Shofar Bags – 1-2 working days processing time to the drop-off PUDO locker. From there the parcel can be tracked via PUDO/The Courier Guy websites
  4. Scarves – 1-2 working days processing time to the drop-off PUDO locker. From there the parcel can be tracked via PUDO/The Courier Guy websites
  5. Accessories – 1-2 working days processing time to the drop-off PUDO locker. From there the parcel can be tracked via PUDO/The Courier Guy websites

We offer countrywide shipping via PUDO. Your package will be delivered  to the PUDO locker or address of your choice. You will be notified when your  package arrives at the locker.

For local clients who prefer we also offer local pickups in the Pretoria East Area.

When selected we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date. Local pickups are free. 

We offer instant on-line payments via Payfast. Payfast supports pretty much every popular payment method out there in South Africa.

All transactions are taking place on the secure servers of Payfast. 

At Labash Retail we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not altogether happy, you may return the product to us within 7 days of purchase and we will either repair or replace it subject to the terms below, provided that the customer notifies Labash Retail within 72 hours of receiving the good/s of the reason for the return.

1. Exchange of Goods

You may return goods, subject to the conditions listed in par (a-e) below, provided that they are undamaged and unused, with the original labels
still attached.

Goods must be in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition.

Labash Retail is entitled to reject an exchange claim if the product is returned damaged, missing any of its components or not in a re-saleable condition.

  1. Clothing Items – Products may be exchanged if the incorrect size was purchased provided that it is a stock item and is the same price as the original product purchased. Please note that the actual colour of the clothing items may be slightly different from the colours on the pictures due to lighting when taking photos as well as various individual screen settings on devices.
  2. Shofars – Shofars cannot be exchanged.
  3. Shofar Bags – Shofar Bags are one-of-a-kind/limited edition bags and cannot be exchanged for a different size. The Buyer should ensure that they have the correct measurement of their shofar before purchasing a shofar bag.
  4. Shawls – Shawls cannot be exchanged. Please note that the actual colour of the shawls may be slightly different from the colours on the pictures due to lighting when taking photos and the various individual settings on devices.
  5. Accessories – Products cannot be exchanged.

 

2. Defective Products

A defect is regarded as a material flaw in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably expect in the circumstances.

The following will not be regarded as defects:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from negligence, abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • Damage resulting from a failure to adequately care for the product.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations to the product.
